I didn’t start with a business plan. I started with a craving. I chased flavors through markets and tiny kitchens, took notes on napkins, and cooked for friends until the compliments turned into a responsibility. San Miguel de Allende felt like the place to do it right—this city respects craft. It slows you down just enough to get the balance perfect.
I make these sauces the long way. If a batch is good but not unforgettable, it doesn’t leave the kitchen. We had a setback with the old name. It stung. It also forced a cleaner, stronger path. Flavor Fix Foods is who we are now: handcrafted to be craved and built to earn the words, “What is this?”
What we’re launching (and why you’ll care)
Tangy Thai — Thai peanut sauce, bright and nutty with a touch of heat. Salads, noodle bowls, grilled veggies.
Sweet Smoke — A velvety BBQ glaze with real depth. Brush, drizzle, dip, repeat.
Caesar’s Dream — Creamy, garlicky, lemon-forward. The Caesar you’ll use beyond salads.
