Matt’s love for food began in his mom’s kitchen and grew through markets and street stalls around the world. Home kitchens, long conversations over plates, and the rhythms of local flavors taught him technique, instinct, and one simple truth: bold flavor connects people faster than words. He’s been chasing that connection ever since.

In San Miguel de Allende, he found the pace to do it right—small batches, hands-on, no shortcuts. The city’s artisan rhythm shaped his craft: select only the finest ingredients, cook with care, finish by hand, and sign off only when it sings. Flavor Fix is that practice in a jar (and a loaf): sauces, spreads, and breads designed to be craved.

From the early days of Sauce Boss to the reimagined Flavor Fix Foods, the mission hasn’t changed: create flavor that stops a table mid-bite. Every batch is tested obsessively and tuned for balance, so the reaction is always the same—silence, a smile, and then: “You have to try this.”

This image represents more than just a family trip; it’s the founding principle of Flavor Fix Foods. My father, a private pilot, gave us a perspective that went beyond the horizon—a view that exposed me to cuisines and flavors that quickly made the conventional feel mediocre. Some called it critical; I called it a refined palate that simply won't settle.

That uncompromising spirit is baked into every product we make. Flavor Fix Foods exists because I believe customers deserve a better product—a product forged by a global pursuit of perfection. We don't stop until it's the best. That's our promise
